Admissions and Entry

All persons attending this event, participants, coaches, and/or spectators are subject to the Terms & Agreement, found by clicking here.  Event admission is required for all spectators over the age of 10.  You may purchase a Tournament Weekend Pass, or single day tickets.

Tickets/passes for the Cactus Classic Invitational are in the form of wristbands, which must be worn on the wrist for entry.  Three-day wristbands must be worn all three days of the event.  Spectators with lost or broken wristbands will need to purchase a new daily or weekend wristband for entry.  Security will verify all wristbands and credentials at the door.

COACHES/PLAYERS:  At team check-in, each team will be given wristbands for coaches that are verified and on the Event Roster.  Players will need to wear/show their credentials (and be in uniform) to gain entrance to the court area.  Coaches and all other spectators are required to wear their wristbands at all times in the court area to prevent the roving security from questioning them.

SPECTATORS AGREEMENT FOR ENTRY

The Cactus Classic Invitational is a sanctioned event.  By entering the facility for this event, all participants, coaches, and/or spectators are subject to the Terms & Agreement, found by clicking here.  In addition, all participants and spectators agree to abide by terms and the following Spectators Code of Conduct as required by the JVA, USAV, and AAU.  Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk.  Be alert at all times, especially during active play.

Children not participating on a team entered in the event MUST BE under the supervision of their parents at all times.  The venue is not to be considered an open play area.  Open courts and free space within the facility (including the lobby and escalators) are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.

SECURITY CHECK/BAG INSPECTION (TCC)

The Tucson Convention Center may institute a security check-point at all entrances to the playing venue for the Cactus Classic Invitational.  Guests entering the TCC will be subject to search at the discretion of Management. The TCC does not provide storage for any confiscated items or baggage.

This new procedure will apply to all participants (players and coaches) as well.  The TCC recommends that teams should plan to arrive earlier than normal to allow for this enhanced security process.
