Exhibitor Information

The Cactus Classic Volleyball Invitational is the Southwest's first major club volleyball tournament of the season that is hosted in a Convention Center. Every year, Club Cactus Juniors welcomes vendors into our competition halls to experience the incredible volleyball atmosphere. Being right next to the courts at the Tucson Convention Center and the Sporting Chance Center offers a great opportunity for you to get your product or service in front of thousands of people.

TOURNAMENT VENDOR PACKAGES:

VENDOR SPACE COST (Both Sites): $750.00
VENDOR SPACE COST (TCC only): $500.00 per 10x10 booth
VENDOR SPACE COST (SCC only): $300.00 per table
Packages include Vendor Flyers placed in Coaches Packet

TOURNAMENT VENDOR PACKAGES:

REFUND POLICY: In the event a vendor cannot participate in the tournament, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
10 x 10 booth space includes an 8' table and two chairs: All items, operational equipment, signs, decorations, pipe and drape, extra tables, etc. must be provided by the vendor
Vendor may sell only those items approved by the Tournament Director.
- FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE MAY NOT BE SOLD
Booth location is determined by the Tournament Director and is non-transferable.
The Tournament will provide electrical outlets and public wi-fi. All arrangements for additional electricity, phone, internet drops, or other utilities can be made through the Convention Center or the SCC at an additional cost to the vendor. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to make those arrangements.
Vendor advertising (Flyers, Vector Artwork for website) may be provided to the Tournament Director no later than five (5) days prior to the Tournament. Vendor must supply 200 copies of flyers which will be distributed in the Coaches Packets at the Team Check-In on Friday night.
Set-up will be available on Friday from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM.
Each Vendor will receive four (4) credentials for entry. Additional passes may be purchased if needed.
The Tournament DOES NOT provide Parking Passes at the Convention Center.
