Spectator Information
Admission & Entrance
Tickets/passes to the Cactus Classic Invitational are in the form of wristbands. All spectators and coaches must have a wristband to enter the Exhibit Halls at the Convention Center.

Weekend Pass (Saturday-Monday): $30

Children 10-and-under are free (when accompanied with adult)
Cash is accepted. Credit card sales will be charged a transaction fee.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be given for lost, stolen, or broken wristbands.
Box Office Hours
Tickets may be purchased in the lobby of the Tucson Convention Center during the event. You may purchase tickets in-person starting on the Friday before the event at the TCC.

Parking at Playing Sites
Please obey all traffic laws and facility rules when parking at the Cactus Cactus Invitational venues.
TUCSON CONVENTION CENTER PARKING LOT
PARKING CHARGES: One-Day Pass: $10.00
All vehicles parked on the TCC campus will be subject to the parking charges. This is non-negotiable and part of the TCC contract - the tournament does not receive any proceeds from the city's parking fees. There are other parking lots downtown near the Convention Center as well as limited surface parking if needed.
SPORTING CHANCE CENTER PARKING LOT
PARKING CHARGES: Free
The SCC has limited parking spaces in front of the facility as well as near the softball fields on the SCC campus. Please pay attention to all signs and directions regarding off-campus parking - Pima County WILL TOW CARS that are parking illegally.
Team Camp Restrictions
Team Camps are prohibited at the Tucson Convention Center and Sporting Chance Center. The Cactus Classic Invitational will be adhering our tournament polices to respect the rules and regulations of the TCC and SCC.
There are other areas on the TCC campus and SCC for players and parents to gather and rest between matches. Please do not organize any camp spot at the playing sites – we appreciate your cooperation.

Video Taping During Event
Video Taping and Use of Tripods is restricted. Please refer to the posted signs regarding the Cactus Classic’s policy on photography and videotaping. Additionally, the Fire Department guidelines require that tripods may not be placed in any walkway or aisle between courts within 10-feet of any main walkway or doorway, and may not be left unattended under any circumstances. Tripods may not exceed a height of 8-feet above court surface areas.
IF YOUR TEAM HAS CONTRACTED WITH A THIRD-PARTY VIDEO OR RECRUITING SERVICE THAT PLANS TO VIDEO TAPE INSIDE THE FACILITY, you must submit the required notification form to CCJ with your acceptance of responsibility, the company’s proof of insurance, and business license in addition to a film waiver that must be signed by all other parties who may be captured in your footage including minor children (requires parent or legal guardian permission). All third-party vendors must comply with both CCJ and TCC rules and regulations, failure to do so will result in removal from the premises.
Spectator Policy: Please read before attending
All attendees are entering a JVA insured event. As such compliance to JVA Polices and Procedures as well the USA Volleyball Spectator Code of Conduct is mandatory. Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur athletes this event and are attending at their own risk. Be alert at all times, especially during live play. Children not participating on a team entered in the event must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. The venue is not to be considered an open play area. Open courts and free space within the facility are not designate for designed for general child play and should be used for event related activities only. Individuals will be removed immediately from the building if conduct policies are ignored.
