Team Registration

Entry for the 2022 Cactus Classic Invitational is $775 per Team; or $650/team for all 12U Teams.

The Cactus Classic Invitational uses Advanced Event Systems for the registration process.  AES is the management system of choice for the JVA Challenge Series and the USA Volleyball Junior National Championships.  Registration opens October 1, 2021.

Competition Divisions

The Cactus Classic Invitational offers Girls Divisions at all age groups: 18U, 17U, 16U, 15U, 14U, 13U, and 12U/11U.  For the 2022 event, we are offering two levels of competition:


Select Division:  Reasonably experienced teams where the roster includes athletes with competitive club tournament experience.  These teams are geared towards earning medals on the last day in the convention center!

Club Division:  Geared towards less experienced teams wanting some team building while playing in an early season, competitive event on a big stage in front of friends and family.

JVA Challenge Series

The Cactus Classic Invitational is proud to be a part of the 2022 JVA Challenge Series.  All teams, regardless of affiliation, will be allowed to register and participate under one roof - making this event the most inclusive volleyball tournament in Arizona.


All JVA, USAV, AAU members clubs are invited.

Cactus Classic Loyalty Program

Club Cactus Juniors will be offering loyalty discounts to those clubs returning to the Cactus Classic Invitational with multiple teams and/or discounts for large clubs registering 10 or more teams. Teams must use the Cactus Classic Hotel Block to be eligible for the Loyalty Program.  Contact us for potential hotel discounts when booking 20 or more guest rooms.

Refund Policy

Teams not accepted into the event:  Full Refund

Teams that drop before December 1, 2021:  Full Refund

Teams that drop in December: Half Refund

Teams that drop after January 1, 2022:  No Refund

FORCE MAJEURE:  All clubs will receive 100% of their registration fee if the tournament is canceled due to any COVID-19 concerns.


COVID-19 REFUND:  Teams that drop from this event after being accepted in to the tournament are subject to the standard refund policy for our events. If a team drops due to a positive COVID case they are not entitled to a refund unless we can replace the team.  We will attempt to fill this spot for our event.  If our staff is unable to find a replacement team, clubs will not be eligible for a refund.
